A movie is being filmed at various locations on Long Island, including Town Park Point Lookout Beach in Nassau according to Town of Hempstead records. Some sources say the film is supposed to be set in Montauk, but that is not confirmed.

The movie, “No Hard Feelings,” is set to be released June 2023.

The film is said to be a coming-of-age dramedy starring Jennifer Lawrence and directed by Gene Stupnitsky. The movie is filming a giant house party scene in Old Westbury and is seeking extras. A call for extras says the scene will be filmed from October 26-28 in Old Westbury and Glendale with possible late night filming Thursday and Friday. They are looking to cast people of all ethnicities and genders between the ages of 18-24. Pay for the work is $165.

Matthew Broderick is also attached to the film.

A donation from Columbia Pictures for the use of Town Park Point Lookout Beach was offered to the Hempstead Town. A resolution on October 3rd to accept the funds said it will be used for infrastructure improvement projects at the Town of Hempstead Park Beaches.

There are no real plot details about the movie released as of yet.
