Southampton Village Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify two women who stole a purse from a Southampton store last month.

Southampton, NY - October 18, 2017 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Southampton Village Police detectives are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate two women who stole a purse from a Southampton store last month.
 
Two women carrying oversized bags entered Collette, located at 22 Main Street, on September 26. One woman placed a black and brown Goyard purse in her friend’s bag while they pretended to look at a dress. The women left the store without paying for the Goyard handbag which is valued at approximately $3,000.
 
The suspects are described as black females in their 20s with long black hair. One has a medium-build and was wearing a black and white striped button-up blouse with a black skirt. The other woman has a heavy-build and was wearing a black dress with yellow and red flowers and white stripes. 
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
