Authorities Seeking Suspects in Connection with Valley Stream Armed Home Invasion

According to Detectives, an unknown number of suspects armed with handguns forcefully entered the side door of a residence on South Street and demanded personal property from the victims inside, officials say.

Valley Stream, NY - October 11, 2017 - The Fifth Squad reports the details of a Robbery that occurred at 2:08am on Wednesday October 11, 2017 in North Valley Stream.
 
According to Detectives, an unknown number of suspects armed with handguns (no further description) forcefully entered the side door of a residence on South Street and confronted three males (ages 61,31,25) on the second floor.  
 
The suspects demanded personal property from the victims; a struggle ensued resulting in the sixty-one year old male victim being injured when the gun discharged in his direction. The suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction.  
 
The proceeds were assorted jewelry. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injury, he is in stable condition.
