Elmont, NY - September 11, 2017 - The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Vulnerable Adult that occurred on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 9:12 am in Elmont.
 
According to detectives, Victor Tosner, 63, male white, 5’6” tall, 124 lbs., red hair and hazel eyes, was last seen leaving his residence on Elmont Road. His clothing description and destination are unknown.
 
Detectives request anyone with information regarding the above vulnerable adult to contact the Nassau County Police Department Missing Persons Squad (516) 573-7347 or call 911. All calls will remain anonymous.
