The State Police Arrested Sea Cliff Man after Serious Injury Crash on the Loop Parkway

State Police responded to a call for a crash on the Loop Parkway ramp to the Meadowbrook State Parkway.

On Saturday, August 27, 2022, at approximately 1:30 am, the State Police responded to a call for a crash on the Loop Parkway ramp to the Meadowbrook State Parkway entrance in the town of Hempstead, Nassau County.

Tao Riosbailey, 28 years-old of Sea Cliff, NY, was driving a 2004 Honda motorcycle eastbound on the Loop Parkway to the Meadowbrook State Parkway ramp, when the motorcycle left the roadway and struck the guide rail.  Riosbailey and the passenger, Natalie Marciano, 28 years-old of Glen Cove, NY, were both ejected from the motorcycle. 

Riosbailey was injured and taken to Nassau University Medical Center.

Marciano was seriously injured and taken to Nassau University Medical Center. 

Rios Baily has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an A Misdemeanor, Vehicular Assault 2nd Degree, an E Felony and Assault 2nd Degree a D Felony and was arraigned today by Nassau County First District Court at Nassau University Medical Center, where he is being treated for his injuries.
