Garden City, NY - August 16th, 2014 - The Third Squad reports the details of Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred at 10:15am on August 16, 2014 in Garden City.
According to Detectives, the deceased victim, Brett O. Dinsky, 35, of Nesconset was driving a white colored 2013 BMW M5, bearing NY registration REEELLY, southbound on Franklin Avenue at a high rate of speed and struck a telephone pole at the corner of Second Street. The victim was pronounced at the scene at 10:31am. The BMW was impounded for safety inspections.
