NCPD reports the arrest of Michael Zerebak of Bethpage, 33, for criminal possession of a firearm.

Bethpage, NY - May 30, 2017 - The Criminal Intelligence Rapid Response Team reports the details of an arrest for criminal possession of a firearm that occurred in Bethpage on Monday, 05/29/17 at 6:30 P.M.
 
According to CIRRT police officers, Michael Zerebak, 33, of Bethpage, was observed sitting in his car in the rear parking lot of 899 S. Oyster Bay Rd. Further investigation revealed the defendant was in possession of a handgun. 
 
Zerebak is being charged with Criminal Possession Weapon 2nd Degree, Obstructed Plate, Excessive Tint Side Windows, and Consumption of Alcohol. He will be arraigned on Tuesday, 05/30/17, in First District Court, Hempstead.
