NCPD: Massapequa Man Charged with Threatening Nassau County Pistol Range Employee

The Third Squad reports the arrest of a Massapequa Park man for a Menacing that occurred in Garden City.
 
According to Detectives, defendant Blake Diaz, 20, of Massapequa Park while at the Nassau County Pistol Range located at 1 Charles Lindberg Boulevard Uniondale did violate range rules. At approximately 12:20pm the male employee/victim, 50, approached the defendant to notify him of the violations and ask him to leave the premise. At that time the defendant started yelling and threatened physical injury to the victim placing him in fear of his safety.  A few minutes later the defendant did finally leave the premise and no injuries were reported. Detectives responded to Defendant Blake Diaz’s residence and placed him into custody without incident. The investigation in ongoing. 
 
Defendant Blake Diaz is being charged with Menacing 3rd Degree. He was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable on June 18, 2019 to First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
