The Fourth Squad reports the details of an Arrest of four juveniles for Burglary that occurred on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 8:52 PM in Hewlett Harbor.
According to Detectives, Police responded to Seawane Country Club located 1300 Club Drive on August 31, 2023 for an open window at the Tennis Center which is within the Club. Detectives observed surveillance video which shows four juvenile males enter the Club. The subjects stole various items worth approximately $750.00 USC.
After an investigation was conducted, all four defendants were located and placed under arrest without incident. Three of the male juveniles are 16 years old and one male is 15 years old.
The Four defendants are charged with Burglary 3rd degree and Petit Larceny. Two Defendants were arraigned on Monday, April 3rd, 2023 at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead. The other two Defendants were arraigned on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023 at First District Court, located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
