Uniondale, NY - March 6, 2018 - PSEG Long Island is ready for the next storm system that is predicted to bring rain, snow and gusty winds to the service area beginning this evening.  Employees and contractors are prepared to respond to and restore any power outages caused by the storm as quickly and safely as possible.   
 
“PSEG Long Island personnel worked tirelessly to restore power to all customers’ affected by the severe storm last weekend and are ready to respond again for the impending nor’easter,” said John O’Connell, vice president of Transmission & Distribution at PSEG Long Island. “Our workforce is performing system checks and logistics checks to ensure the availability of critical materials, fuel and other supplies. We are committed to bringing our customers safe, reliable power even during extreme weather. ”
