Uniondale, NY - February 24th, 2015 - The First Squad reports the details of a Robbery which occurred on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 6:24 P.M. in Uniondale.
According to detectives, two male black suspects entered The Cellular Phone Store located at 1035 Front Street and acted as customers while other customers were in the store. Once they were alone in the store with the male employee, 28 years of age, suspect one, wearing a blue hooded shirt, black jacket, grey jeans, eyeglasses and gloves produced a small black semi-automatic handgun and demanded money.
The victim complied giving the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and an iPhone. The second suspect was wearing a black hooded shirt, blue jeans, a black mask and gloves. Both suspects fled on foot westbound on Front Street. No injuries were reported.
