About Staller Center
Innovative programming at Staller Center for the Arts has been made possible through financial donations by the Friends of Staller Center and through generous corporate support.  Ms. Carioscia will focus on continued funding of the programming Staller Center produces for the campus and community. This includes live programming for the Staller Center season, where over 200 events in total are presented, including events from the Department of Music and the Department of Theatre Arts.

Among its many offerings, educational outreach to pre-schoolers through the “Instrument Petting Zoo” has won accolades. Very young children are introduced to musical instruments at their day care programs, at libraries and other settings. Another successful educational outreach program is “Orchestra to the Orchestra,” which brings high school student musicians to Stony Brook Symphony Orchestra performances.
