NCPD report the arrest of Jefferson Ramirez of Great Neck, 26, for Public Lewdness.

Great Neck, NY - February 7, 2019 - Third precinct officers report the arrest of a Great Neck man for an incident that occurred on Wednesday, February 6th, 2019 at 4:00 pm in Great Neck.
 
According to officers, an 11 year old female, while walking home from school on West End Avenue, was approached by Jefferson Ramirez, 26. Ramirez, after unzipping his pants, exposed himself to her. The victim immediately ran to a nearby neighbor’s house where 911 were contacted. 
 
Responding officers located Ramirez located a short distance away where he was identified and placed into custody.   
 
Ramirez is charged with Public Lewdness 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on February 7, 2019.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
