Jack Raybin, 96, of Setauket, has been missing since 8:30 a.m. on February 2, 2016. Anyone with information is asked to call the Suffolk County Police Department - Headquarters at 631-852-6000 or 911.

Long Island, NY - February 2, 2016 - At the request of the Suffolk County Police Department- Headquarters, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Jack Raybin, 96, from Setauket, NY at 04:08 pm on February 2, 2016.

Jack Raybin is a 96-year-old missing vulnerable adult with possible dementia. He was last seen at his home on Quincy Court in Setauket at 8:30 AM on February 2. Jack was driving a 2015 brown Toyota Corolla with New York registration BBC-7113. He was last seen wearing a black winter coat and a Brooklyn Dodgers hat. Jack may appear to be confused or disorientated and may be in need of medical attention.
