Four Suspects Crash and Abandon Stolen Maserati in Floral Park, Officials Report

South Floral Park, NY - January 15, 2017 - The Fifth Squad is investigating a Vehicular Accident that occurred on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 12:35 pm in South Floral Park.
 
According to detectives, a 42 year old male driver was travelling eastbound in a 2000 Ford Windstar on Chelsea Street when he stopped to make a left turn. A 2015 Maserati also travelling eastbound on Chelsea Street failed to stop and struck the minivan. The Maserati then struck a street sign drove through a backyard fence and struck a house located on Marguerite Avenue. 
 
The occupants of the Maserati (3 males and 1 female) exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. 
 
An 11 year old female passenger in the minivan was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries. There were no reported injuries inside the home. An investigation revealed that the Maserati was stolen on Friday, January 12, 2018 from Manhattan.
 
The subjects are described as 3 male blacks wearing dark colored hooded sweatshirts and a female black wearing a blue coat.
