Forecasters are not ruling out a snowstorm on Sunday but they are not committing to one either. The national Weather services has said that “for the east coast, impactful winter weather may be possible this weekend including significant snowfall and flooding.”

A storm that is marching across the country might arrive in Sunday, according to a report on Accuweathe.com.

“As the storm moves northeast, it is forecast to collide an area of colder air in place across the Great Lakes and Northeast, allowing for a zone of snow to unfold,” the report says.

While some models have the snow from the storm tracking north of Long Island, we might get a wintery mix or all rain. Regardless, travel will be messy on Sunday if the storm hits us.
