Twin Lakes Preserve features five freshwater ponds, wetlands and transitional stage woodlands on its 58-acre estate. Picturesque and serene, this preserve dedicates itself to educating residents on the preservation and enjoyment of Long Island’s natural environment through outdoor activities such as bird watching, hiking through an unpaved trail system that runs throughout the Preserve. Sports fishing is permitted in Lower Twin Lake, which covers 10 acres of the property and Upper Twin Lake, which covers 20 acres.
