Members of the Suffolk County Police Department, active and retired, make of the Suffolk County Police Historical Society. They work hard to maintain the history of the SCPD with help from written and photographic evidence, police vehilcles, a recreated station house as one might see it in the 1920s, and both modern and turn of the century displays.
