Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. presents "Explore - Live Life, Work Smart," an event in which Real Estate Agents will learn how to enhance client and customer relationships while reducing daily stress in their lives. The event will take place January 5, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Westbury Manor, located at 1100 Jericho Turnpike in Westbury.

Those in attendance will have the opportunity to find out how they can make their lives and their Real Estate careers exciting, fun and successful. There will be professional breakout sessions and a complimentary vendor expo sponsored by Charles Rutenberg Realty and Continental Home Loans.

Keynote speakers include National Real Estate Speaker Jared James and Life Coach Andrea Gross. Mr. James will show Agents how they can break out of the patterns that hold them back professionally and personally. In her presentation, Ms. Gross will teach Agents how they can live the life they have always dreamed of, just by being themselves.

Mr. James is the author of the international best-selling book "Enjoy Success Today" and Chief Executive Officer/Founder of Jared James Enterprises. He is also one of the most sought-after Real Estate speakers and trainers in the world and travels around the world speaking to and coaching REALTORS on what it takes to remain relevant and increase their incomes in an ever-changing market.

Ms. Gross is a no-nonsense certified lifestyle expert who has counseled numerous clients looking to make a life change, big or small, in relationships, careers, personal image and more. While raising three children and going through a divorce, she discovered a path that led to a happier and more rewarding life. Having surpassed all of the roadblocks that come up in life, she understands how difficult and rewarding transformation can be.

"We are proud to have Mr. James and Ms. Gross share their expert advice on how Agents can have a successful Real Estate career and still find happiness in their personal lives," said Joe Moshe, Broker/Owner, Charles Rutenberg Realty. "The economy has adversely affected the Real Estate market and many of these Agents are striving to succeed, but at the expense of their families. This informational conference will show Agents how they can achieve that work-life balance so they can reduce stress and be successful in their personal and professional lives."

Registration is free to all Agents. Breakfast will be served. In addition, those in attendance are asked to bring in a non-perishable food item to benefit rockCANroll, which distributes food to families in need, food pantries and other Agencies.

Space is limited. For more information, or to register, call (516) 575-7500, or visit
