Some prepared foods at Target in Woodbury are being recalled in hopes to prevent spreading listeria. The brands that have been affected are Archer Farms and Freskët. Specifically, the Archer Farms egg salad and deviled egg salad and the Freskët tuna salad, egg salad, and Thai lobster salad.

However, the company that makes and prepares the food, Elevation Foods, says the only recalled items are those listed above with the production date of June 18. There is no need to worry because the FDA hasn’t reported any cases of illness due to these foods. The recall on the foods is simply a precautionary measure to keep customers safe.
