Opened in the old Aki sushi spot on Jericho Turnpike, Korean Grill has brought Korean barbecue to East Northport. They opened this past March.

Korean barbeque has been becoming more and more popular on Long Island and reviewers are giving this new spot high marks.

Barbeque includes short rib ($46.95), prime ribeye steak ($48.95), brisket ($35.95) and chicken ($32.95). They have a selection of bibimbap (mixed rice with meat and veggies) including a stone pot with miso soup and your choice of protein. You can also get Korean fried rice, ramen and soondubu, a Korean stew.

On Yelp, Cyndi R gave them five stars.

“Just came back from a wonderful delicious dinner here,” she wrote. “It’s so clean and bright inside. The servers were friendly and attentive! The owner informed us about how they grow their own lettuce and other produce in their garden. They also use charcoal in their grills!”
