Chocolate Almond Cherry Crisps
These bite-sized treats are a great accompaniment to a nice cup of coffee or a tasty cappuccino after your meal.

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of Rice Krispies
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
¾ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup dried cherries
½ tsp vanilla
1/3 cup almonds, slivered

Directions: Use wax paper to cover a large baking sheet. Microwave the two types of chocolate chips in a medium sized glass bowl for just under a minute. Stir and heat up again if the chocolate is still not melted. Add all of the remaining ingredients into the bowl now. Stir quickly to combine, and combine evenly. Scoop out the mixture by the tablespoon and place on the wax papered baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm.

Mini Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches
Garnish these cute frozen treats with your favorite sprinkles to add some extra flavor and color!

Ingredients:
2-3 bananas
1 package of vanilla cookies
Sprinkles, if you’d like

Directions: Freeze your bananas beforehand and blend them in a food processor. Freeze again after if your concoction is too runny and soft. Line your cookies up on a cookie sheet. Once your frozen mixture is safe to scoop use one tablespoon of “ice cream” and place it on one cookie half and then rest another cookie on top creating that sandwich look. Now you can roll them in sprinkles if you’d like! Freeze for another hour then enjoy.

Here’s some kid friendly no bake desserts to try at home with your little ones.

Mud Pie
Don’t worry; unlike the kind we used to make as kids out in the backyard, this one is 100% edible and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 bag of gummy worms
1 package of instant pudding mix
2 cups of milk
A dozen Oreo cookies

Directions: Place the Oreos in a resealable bag and crunch the cookies up in your hand. For finer crumbles use a rolling pin. Mix together the pudding mix and cups of milk for a few minutes. Take out a large serving bowl and layer the bottom of the bowl with about 1/3 of the cookie contents. Then put the pudding on top of the cookie crumbs. Smooth out the top of the pudding and add the rest of the cookie crumbs to the top of the mixture. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Lastly add in gummy worms to each serving.

Fruit Racecar
Even the kids won’t be able to say no to fruit for dessert when it’s in a cool racecar shape!

Ingredients:
Apples (1 apple makes 4 cars)
Grapes (2 grapes make 1 set of wheels)
A package of toothpicks

Directions: Core an apple and cut it into slices. Then cut the grapes into halves. With the apple skin facing up, skewer 2 toothpicks through the front and back of the apple. Take the grape halves and poke them through onto the toothpick ends sticking out on both sides and front and back of the apple. The grapes will be your 4 racecar wheels and the flat inside of the grape should be facing out.
