It’s time to break out your best gold and green garb and celebrate at a St. Patrick’s Day parade on Long Island!
Everyone knows that St. Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be St. Patrick’s Day without a parade! Lucky for resident Long Islanders, there are plenty of different St. Patrick’s Day parades going on across the Island to attend - whether you live all the way out on the East End, or closer to the city in Nassau County! Lots of traditions are associated with Saint Patrick’s Day, like wearing shamrocks, eating corned beef and cabbage, and listening to Irish music, but no celebration comes close to the excitement and jubilee that surrounds a St. Patrick’s Day parade.
Whether you have family ties to the Emerald Isle, or you don’t even have a drop of Irish in you, get out there and have some fun this St. Patrick’s Day at one of these local parades on Long Island.
