In order to meet the demands of overwhelming market growth in sound masking and mass notification, Lencore has selected SAP, the market and technology leader in business management software, solutions and services, to help develop an infrastructure capable of supporting rapid response to an increased number of quotes and sales orders. Since launching the SAP system on December 1, 2011, Lencore has been able to accelerate logistics, streamline efficiencies in project management and tracking, improve customer service and strengthen workforce processes.
