Extreme heat can cause illness and death among the at-risk population who can not stay cool. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A heat advisory is issued when the combination of heat and humidity is expected to make it feel like it is 95 to 99 degrees for two or more consecutive days, or 100 to 104 degrees for any length of time. To reduce risk during outdoor work, the occupational safety and health administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned environments. Missing Persons Squad is investigating a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 12:01 am in Inwood.

John De Los Santos, 15, of Inwood, was last seen at his residence shortly after midnight on June 15, 2016. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 516-573-7347 or call 911.

Update - June 16, 2016 - The Missing Persons Squad reports the below missing juvenile has been located.

Inwood, NY - June 16, 2016 - Missing Persons Squad is investigating a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 12:01 am in Inwood.

According to detectives, John De Los Santos, 15, of Inwood was last seen at his residence shortly after midnight. His clothing description as well as his destination is unknown.

Detectives request anyone with information regarding John’s whereabouts to call Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
