Update - June 8 ,2015 - The New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert on behalf of the Nassau County Police Department's Missing Persons Squad for Claude Mondesir is now cancelled as of 08:51 pm on June 08, 2015.

Woodmere, NY - June 8, 2015 - At the request of the Nassau County Police Department Missing Person Squad, a New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Claude Mondesir; age 75; from Woodmere, NY at 05:02 pm on June 08, 2015.

Claude Mondesir is a 75-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He was last seen in Woodmere at 2:50 p.m. on Monday, June 8. Claude may be using public transportation and may attempt to travel to a casino. He was last seen wearing beige pants, a striped beige shirt, blue baseball hat, white sneakers, and a gold chain. Claude speaks English and Creole.
