In the final issues of the Joker Seven series, written by Greg Pak, plenty of the character's past is revealed. We learn that he was in the military, but that he quit because he could not face the problems in his head. In addition, we see how he uses his powers for personal gain and how he ends up in the role of mentor to an underachieving young girl. He wants to make her a star and she ends up f
