Baby African Grey Parrot

These birds are as smart and playful as a 5-year-old child. They require a lot of care. They must be in a position to play, receive exercise, go for regular vet examinations (with an avian veterinarian) and eat well.

A baby parrot that has its eyes closed is called a neonate. It relies on its human parents or parents for food.
