This article intends to show the findings of recent studies concerning the therapeutic effects of aromatherapy on stress. The studies are done by independent scientists and not by marketing companies. Studies have proven that, when used in conjunction with other forms of therapy, aromatherapy has a few distinct advantages over its rivals. We provide here, twelve separate studies that report on
