World of Warcraft Item Upgrader

The item upgrader allows players to improve the stats of weapons and armor. It requires Power Dices and the items required to complete the upgrade.

The upgrades cost Valorstones and a certain amount of Harbinger Crests depending on the upgrade track. They also have the potential to fail. Failure to upgrade can cause the item to lose its upgra
