The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Monday, December 18, 2023 at 2:05 pm in Uniondale.
According to Detectives, a 35-year-old male was operating a 2012 Hyundai occupied with a male and female passenger heading eastbound on Charles Lindbergh Boulevard where he was involved in a collision with a 2009 Honda Accord being operated by a 31-year-old male.
As a result of the collision the Hyundai left the roadway striking a tree. The driver was pronounced at scene by the Uniondale Fire Department. The passengers were transported to a nearby hospital and are listed in stable condition. The driver of the Honda Accord and his female passenger remained at scene and refused medical attention.
The investigation is on-going.
