Elmont Couple Busted for Heroin, Crack Cocaine in front of 3 Year Old Son

Elmont, NY - November 13th, 2014 - The Major Case Bureau reports the details of two arrests for criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance that occurred in Valley Stream and Elmont beginning Wednesday, 09/24/14 through Thursday, 10/02/14.

According to detectives, on Wednesday 09/24/14 through Thursday, 10/02/14, Eric Boesenberg, 52, of Terrace Ave., Elmont, while on Cedar St. in Valley Stream, and on four different dates, sold Heroin to another for an agreed upon amount of cash.  During two of these transactions, the defendant was holding his son, 3, in his arms.

On Tuesday September 30, Giovanna Panza, 38, also of Terrace Ave., sold crack Cocaine to another for an agreed upon amount of money, while in front of her residence.

On Wednesday, 11/12/14, Major Case Bureau detectives, arrested both defendants at their residence.  At the time of his arrest, Boesenberg was found to be in possession of Heroin and Suboxone.  Their 3-year-old son, who was in the home at the time of their arrest, was released to a family member.

Boesenberg is being charged with four counts of Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, three counts of Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, two counts Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 7th Degree and two counts of Unlawful Dealing with Child.  Panza is being charged with Criminal Sale Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.  Both defendants will be arraigned on Thursday, 11/13/14 in First District Court, Hempstead.
