Candlelight Tour & Tree Lighting - Annual Candlelight Tour & Tree Lighting at the Southold Historical Museum Maple Lane Complex. This beloved community event features magical holiday decorations, historic demonstrations, children’s games, and music. You can also visit Santa in the barn! This event is free. Donations gladly accepted. Where:  at 55200 Main Rd, Southold. When: November 24th at 3pm.

 

Holiday Open House - East Hampton Gardens - We are having our annual holiday open house on 11/24-11/26. Santa will arrive at East Hampton Gardens at 12 on 11/25. We will have hot chocolate, cider, and sweet treats. We have a huge selection of holiday decor, ornaments, and fresh trees. Where: East Hampton Gardens, 16 Gingerbread Lane, East Hampton. When: November 24th-26th.

 

Once Upon a Christmas Manor House Tour - Take a tour of the decorated Manor as our docents present "Once Upon a Christmas" highlighting literary works, songs and holiday films of the season. Where: Sagtikos Manor, 677 West Montauk Hwy, Bay Shore. When: December 2nd-3rd from 10am-2:30pm.

 

Holiday Candlelight Tours - Experience how the winter holidays were celebrated in Oyster Bay nearly 250 years ago by the Townsends and their neighbors, and those who lived and worked in the family’s home. A guide dressed in festive finery will lead you through the evolving holiday traditions, from the simplicity of the Revolutionary War through the opulence of the Victorian era. Where: Raynham Hall Museum, 30 W Main Street, Oyster Bay. When: Dec 15th through Dec 17th from 5-6:30pm.

 

Home for the Holidays at Planting Fields Arboretum - Annual two-day, family-friendly Home for the Holidays celebration! Enjoy a rare opportunity to see a stunning and festively decorated Coe Hall in full holiday splendor and spirit, with natural materials sourced from Planting Fields. Experience the magic of the season with live holiday music, crafts, activities and more. Where: Coe Hall at Planting Fields Arboretum, 1395 Planting Fields Rd, Oyster Bay. When: December 15th-16th.

 

Holiday Open House at Southampton History Museum - Spend the afternoon at the Gilded Age Rogers Mansion and enjoy home-baked cookies, a holiday sing-a-long and a visit from Mr. & Mrs. Clause. Where: Southampton History Museum, 17 Meeting House Lane, Southampton. When: December 19th at 1pm.
