NCPD reports the arrest of Jacqueline Gallo of Great Neck, 37, for DWI that occurred in Great Neck on Thursday, 10/26.

Great Neck, NY - October 27, 2017 - The Third Precinct reports the arrest of a Great Neck woman for DWI (Leandra’s Law) that occurred in Great Neck on Thursday, 10/26/17 at 10:31 P.M.
 
According to police officers, Jacqueline Gallo, 37, while operating a 2011 Honda CRV passed through a red light on East Shore Rd./Vista Hill Rd. and also failed to maintain her lane. After initiating a traffic stop, the officer observed the defendant to be intoxicated, with her 6-year-old son in his car seat. 
 
Gallo is being charged with Aggravated Driving Intox (Child 15), Endangering Welfare of Child, DWI, DWI (BAC+.08 Misd), and multiple VTL violations. The defendant was transported to a local hospital for a medical condition and will be arraigned when practical.
