People’s Arc of Suffolk County proudly celebrated its compassionate and dedicated workforce during its 2025 Employee Appreciation event, recognizing team members who have reached key milestones, ranging from 5 to 35 years of service to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
Among those honored were six exceptional employees who have dedicated 35 years of service to the organization.
"This celebration is more than just a recognition of years served—it’s a testament to the heart and soul our staff brings to their work every day," said John McGuigan, CEO of People’s Arc of Suffolk. "Our employees are the reason we continue to provide high-quality, person-centered supports that help people live meaningful lives."
