Authorities: Valley Stream HS Student Arrested After Making Alleged Threat Against School

NCPD reports the arrest of Andrew Davies of North Valley Stream, 18, for Making a Terroristic Threat.

North Valley Stream, NY - February 27, 2018 - The Fifth Squad reports the arrest of a N. Valley Stream man for Making a Terroristic Threat that occurred on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 12:00 pm in North Valley Stream.
 
According to detectives, Andrew Davies, 18, was participating in a fire drill conducted by Valley Stream North High School. While among other students, Davies was recorded by an unknown witness threatening violence to the school/students. The recorded statement was posted on social media. 
 
An investigation was conducted and Davies was arrested without incident.
 
Defendant Davies is charged with Making Terroristic Threat. He was previously arraigned at First District Court, Hempstead.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
