The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) will host public open houses to discuss New York's nation-leading efforts to advance offshore wind. 
 
Representatives from NYSERDA, State and city agencies, and project developers will be available to discuss offshore wind energy development processes and the State’s portfolio of contracted and conditionally awarded projects. 
 
These public engagement opportunities support the responsible development of 9,000 megawatts of offshore wind by 2035 as required by the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act.
