Sagg Main Beach consists of 1,500 feet of ocean shoreline on the South Fork of Long Island. The beach is open to the public though a parking permit is required as is a permit for 4x4 access. Popular activities include fishing and surfing, with available volleyball courts and an overlook platform. 
 
The beach is handicap accessible as they offer sand wheelchairs to disabled visitors.
