Ice is nice at UBS Arena. The Park at the Elmont arena is now open, featuring two outdoor ice skating rinks—one made of natural ice and one utilizing synthetic ice. Enjoy a BYOB beer garden, games, and more; there's something for everyone at The Park, whether you're a skater or not.
Public Skate Sessions
Ninety-minute Public Skate sessions take place daily from 6 - 7:30 p.m. on non-game/event days, with an extra session on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 - 1:30 p.m. Complimentary parking is provided at UBS Arena for these sessions.
Pre-Game/Pre-Show Skates, held just before Islanders home games or UBS Arena shows, have varying times. Guests must purchase event day parking.
Skate rentals and a limited number of helmets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free to enter, $20 to skate per session. Season Ticket Members receive a 25% discount by entering their code at checkout or providing it on-site. Active Military, Veterans, and First Responders also get a 25% discount with a valid ID. Skate rental is $10.
Games, Food Trucks, and BYOB Beer Garden
Just want to hang out in the fresh air with a beverage? Guests can BYOB up to a 6-pack of beer per person at the beer garden. Outdoor seating, picnic tables, lawn games, food trucks, numerous fire pits, and carnival games are all part of the open-air park experience.
