A magnificent oceanfront estate in the Hamptons, previously listed for an impressive $150 million, is set to be auctioned without a reserve price early next year.

This prestigious property, once the most expensive listing in the Hamptons, is located at the easternmost point of Long Island, New York. The sale is being managed by Concierge Auctions.

Named "La Dune," the estate is situated on Gin Lane in Southampton, a highly sought-after locale in the Hamptons. The property has been available intermittently since 2016. Its current owner, art magazine publisher Louise Blouin, has faced several financial challenges, including multiple bankruptcy filings to prevent foreclosure. Blouin could not be reached for comments. The New York Post initially reported the upcoming auction of the property.

Spanning over 4 acres, the estate features two houses, two swimming pools, a tennis court, and direct beach access, offering stunning ocean views.

The property gained fame as a filming location for several scenes in Woody Allen's 1978 film "Interiors."

The secondary residence, constructed in 2001, complements the main house's design and proportions. Both buildings feature dark polished wood floors, white interiors with detailed moldings, and coffered ceilings.

Each house includes gyms and saunas. Additionally, the second residence boasts a home theater and a billiards room.

The estate's exterior is equally impressive, with over 400 feet of ocean frontage, beautiful courtyards, private gardens, and multiple patios and decks.

The auction will commence on January 10 and conclude on January 24 at the Sotheby’s "Visions of America" event. The sale is a collaborative effort involving Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty, Tim Davis of the Corcoran Group, and Cody Vichinsky, president and co-founder of Bespoke Real Estate.
