(Port Jefferson Station, NY) - This holiday season, Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center, Inc. is asking animal lovers to give a homeless cat the gift of life. Save-A-Pet is offering cats for adoption during the month of December for a reduced adoption fee.
Each week, Save-A-Pet is offering its cats for adoption from its "Whisker Wonderland," with an emphasis on different cats each week. The schedule is as follows:
— Holiday Howler (December 12-16) - All black cats over the age of 12 months will be available for an adoption fee of $25.
— Calico Carolers (December 19-23) - All Calico cats over the age of 12 months will be available for a $35 adoption fee.
— Merry Meows (December 26-30) - All cats over the age of one year will be available for adoption for a fee of only $35.
All cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated with a flea preventative and tested for parasites. All cats are tested for Feline Leukemia Virus and the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. All potential adoptees must have approved applications.

Save-A-Pet works with The Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter to place homeless animals into new homes with loving families.
