Brentwood, NY - October 2nd, 2013 - On Saturday October 5th the Brentwood Fire Department will host its annual Fire Prevention Day and Open House.  The event will feature a host of activities including tours of the fire house and fire engines, games, food, demonstrations and a visit by Sparky the Fire Dog. Thousands of visitors are expected to take part in the day’s festivities which will provide an opportunity for the public to learn about fire safety as well as volunteer opportunities with the Fire Department.
