BiVio means "Fork in the Road".  As the great philosopher of language Yogi Berra once said "If you come to a fork in the road, take it". Just west of the fork in the road of Jericho Tpke. and Deer Park Road East, in Huntington, is BiVio. Open since 2012, we specialize in authentic Italian flavors.  Our chefs use only the finest and freshest local ingredientsto make your dining experience one you will not forget.  Our Chef and his staff prepare savory dishes including Sole BiVio, Veal Piccata, and Chicken Cacciciatore, as well as Italian Classics like Eggplant Parmigiana.
