Enjoy an afternoon of music by three of Long Island’s most popular bands while supporting wildlife at Sweetbriar Nature Center’s Rock N' Raptors Fundraiser. The event takes place on Saturday, January 27 from 2 to 6 p.m at The Bates House in Setauket.

Alongside the live musical performances, the fundraiser will feature raptor presentations, raffles, games, food, and more. All funds raised, including the proceeds from raffles, contribute to the care of wildlife that comes through the center’s doors and support educational initiatives for children.

Bring the whole family or rock out with friends. Rock N’ Raptors showcases musical performances by 45 rpm, Screamer of the Week, and George Tebbitt and Mike Green of Beyond Fab.

45 rpm: Long Island fan favorite 45 rpm is dubbed the “happiest band on earth” as they perform ‘70s AM radio hits. Sing along to the songs you’ll remember from the Carpenters, Tony Orlando and Dawn, Cher, David Cassidy and The Partridge Family, and many more.

Screamer of the Week: Popular Long Island cover band plays classic New Wave favorites.

George Tebbitt and Mike Green of Beyond Fab: An acoustic duet performing songs from the Beatles and more.
