Wine and cheese are perhaps the most famous staple of French cuisine, and though they are delicious there is also much more that this rich culinary tradition has to offer. Creamy French bisques, velouté de mousseron, foie gras, and Pot au Feu are but a few examples of the scrumptious delicacies you’ll find within Long Island’s great French restaurants.
