COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON * WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline. * WHERE...Bronx, Northwest Suffolk and Northern Nassau Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM to 2 PM EDT Thursday. * COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience minor flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is the potential for additional rounds of coastal flooding through at least the weekend.
