Apply your roof caulking that came your new light tube around the diameter within the hole mentioned cut. Could create seal underneath the flashing to prevent leaks. Slide the flashing under all roofing materials in place where you live and secure it towards the roof with stainless steel screws. Apply the dust seal on the inside top of flashing.
