Tesla Science Center to Host Film Screening of “Tower to the People”

The Tesla Science Center will host a film screening of “Tower to the People” on Saturday, August 19 at 8:00 PM.

Stony Brook, NY - August 17, 2017 - On Saturday, August 19 at 8:00 PM, the Tesla Science Center will host a film screening of “Tower to the People” at the Ward Melville Educational & Cultural center in Stony Brook (97 Main St, Stony Brook, NY). “Tower to the People” is a documentary about Nikola Tesla and his Wardenclyffe tower in Shoreham. The screening will also include a Q&A with the filmmaker, Joseph Sikorski, and a live Tesla Coil demonstration.

“The film ‘Tower to the People’ is a wonderful documentary that will help enlighten all attendees about Nikola Tesla and his technological advancements,” said Legislator Anker. “This event is a great opportunity to learn more about Tesla and to support the Tesla Science Center and their efforts to preserve Tesla’s legacy in our community,” said Legislator Anker.
