Suffolk County Crime Stoppers: Man Wanted for Huntington Station Assault

Huntington Station, NY - March 7th, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who assaulted another man in Huntington Station last month.

A man was walking on West 11th Street and 5th Avenue when he was approached by a man who struck the victim in the face causing the victim to strike his head on the ground on February 19 at approximately 12:35 p.m. The victim was transported to Huntington Hospital for surgery for a brain bleed.

The suspect was described as black, in his 20s, approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with a medium build. He was wearing black pants and blue sneakers.


Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
