    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. canned or cooked Salmon, flaked
      3/4 cup Sour Cream
      1/4 cup Medium-Dry Sherry
      1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
      1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
      1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
      2 Eggs, slightly beaten
      1/3 cup Fine Cracker Crumbs
      1/4 cup Parsley, minced
      1 tbsp. Onion, minced
      Salt and Pepper
      6 thin Lemon Slices
      Paprika

    Directions

    1. 1) Mix sour cream, sherry, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and eggs. Stir in salmon, cracker crumbs, parsley, and onion. Add salt
      and pepper to taste.

      2) Spoon mixture into 6 greased baking shells or
      individual casseroles. Top each with a lemon slice and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F, for 30 minutes.
